1. Products and Services

UA Computers Ltd supplies software licences and related digital services. All products listed are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

We do not sell physical goods. Licences are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, Microsoft Teams and Whatsup Chat

Guarantee: All license codes are issued on a one-time basis and are strictly personal. Once delivered, each license is permanently assigned to the customer. To ensure complete security, all codes are immediately removed from our system upon sale, guaranteeing that they are never resold or reused under any circumstances.

2. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made in full at the time of order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery of Licences

Licence keys and activation details are sent electronically within 1-2 hours (During Working Hours) of payment confirmation. Between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a licence key has been sent, If you encounter a problem with the key you have 30 Day Warranty and we will exchange any keys that are proven to be not working.

These codes are issued only once and are strictly personal. Because of this, no statutory right of withdrawal applies, and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as with typical online purchases.

5. Software Activation

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their system prior to purchase.

UA Computers Ltd is not liable for any issues caused by misuse, system incompatibility, or customer-side technical problems.

6. Limitation of Liability

UA Computers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Privacy and Data

Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store payment details. All transactions are handled securely via our payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including software, are the property of UA Computers Ltd or its licensors and are protected under UK and international copyright law.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the UK courts.
